The 137th Annual Rutherglen Wine Show has once again highlighted the depth, diversity, and innovation of Australian winemaking. This year’s event brought together producers, judges, and wine enthusiasts from across the country to celebrate excellence in every glass. We extend our sincere thanks to our 12 judges and 10 associate judges for their expertise and commitment, helping uphold the high standards that define our show.

One of the standout features of this year’s show was the continued growth in our Iberian entries. Rutherglen, with its rich heritage in fortified winemaking, has a natural connection to Iberian varieties such as Tempranillo, Touriga, and Graciano. The increasing interest and quality in these wines showcase the region’s versatility and ongoing role in championing emerging styles that complement our historic strengths.
